Condition: I am not a professional record grader. Please see the images. I listened to both sides, and there were no skips. The record looks good except for surface "scuffs" - like faint rub marks, you can see if you hold it a certain way under the light.
The cover has a blue sticker on it that says, "Includes the upcoming single God Blessed Video, see lyric sheet ST12385 33 1/2 RPM Promotional Copy Not For Sale Printed USA." (There is no lyric sheet with this, though) Written in Black Marker on the front cover: WVUM METAL (WVUM is a student-run University of Miami radio station). There is shelf wear on the bottom edge and a subtle crease at the front top left corner area.
This album features Steve Vai on guitar and Graham Bonnet on vocals, delivering some iconic tracks like "God Blessed Video" and "Mercy." The album represents the band's shift toward a more polished sound and remains a classic in their discography.
