1940s Lacy Lift Action Cups 28C

1940s lacy lift-action vintage bra has lift-action cups that instantly provide a pinup girl's silhouette. Features pretty lace insets on upper cups. It also has pretty faggot stitched ladders that provide an optimal lift on the underside of the cups. The tall, extended band smooths the silhouette. Fabric: cotton.

Color: pale plum purple. Overdyed to disguise hard water stains, an area of the right cup remains darker. See images. Any dust white shadowing is from it being freshly laundered with liquid starch, a result that will vanish with wear and future laundering. There is not a lot of stretch left in the elastic, as is common with vintage elastics. Mends, darns, or other signs of wear or repair related to this piece may exist. Hand wash separately in warm water; line dry will best suit the longevity of this vintage foundation.
