1920s Rooster by Pfeiffer & Lowenstein

A regal rooster by Pfeiffer & Lowenstein of Bohemia, later Czechoslovakia. Measures approximately 9 1/2 inches tall. The mark on the base shows the Pfeiffer and Lowenstein mark and "Ars Nova Schlacken Werth."Based on our assessment, we believe this Art Nouveau piece is best dated to the late teens to early 1920s.
