1940s Wartime Wonder Plus Size

Wartime Wonder - Vintage late 30's to early 1940's women's navy blue worsted wool coat. Swing cape styling. Dynamic collar with single needle top stitching. Fully lined in crepe rayon. Front button fasten with bound buttonholes. Celluloid mother-of-pearl ground shank buttons ringed with goldtone finish frames raised blue, five-point stars in the center. Front vertical slash pockets. Sleeve tailoring is marvelous, with the dropped shoulder line forming an angle where the seam meets the armhole. Sleeves narrow to an upturned cuff finish at the wrists. Multiple darns throughout. Freshly dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
