1939. Blackfeet Indian Native American teepee village in Montana. The Blackfeet Nation, officially named the Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation of Montana, is a federally recognized tribe of Siksikaitsitapi people with an Indian reservation in Montana.

The back of the card reads "Teepee villages may still be found on Indian reservations in Montana and Wyoming, many of the aborigines preferring their time-honored abodes and ways of living to white men's shelters and habits."
