1953 vintage postcard. Dave's Falls near Iron Mountain. Look closely and see a young man sitting on the edge of the cliff overlooking the falls. Dave's Falls is a waterfall named in honor of Dave Frechette, a lumberjack and river crew boss lost to the river while trying to free a log jam in 1881. It is located in Marinette County, Wisconsin. This would look great framed or make an excellent addition to any collection.
