1905 Pressing Engagement

1905 vintage postcard. "I've a Pressing Engagement" humorous vintage postcard by Bamforth & Co Ltd. A tailor presses the britches of a fellow manservant.

Founded by James Bamforth in 1870, started as a photographic studio in Holmfirth. They later expanded into producing magic lantern slides and films before venturing into postcard production in 1903.
