19L White Celluloid Two Hole Buttons

Set of six 1930s vintage white celluloid buttons with a pinwheel rim. Two-hole sew-through buttons. Measure approximately 19L, 19 lignes, 12 mm, or 15/32 inches.

Celluloids are considered the first plastic. Introduced in 1880, the height of celluloid was seen between the 1930s and 1955. It was banned from production because it is highly flammable.
