The sheer Powerlastic control fabric provides a smooth, no-cling fit, while the exterior satin tummy panel helps reduce bulking. Made with quality craftsmanship by Van Raalte.
The Van Raalte Company, founded in 1907 by brothers Emanuel and Zealie Van Raalte in New York City, originally made its name by manufacturing veils at a time when all veils were imported from France and England. By 1920, the company had become the largest silk-veiling and net factory in the world. Expanding into silk jersey cloth, gloves, underwear, and hosiery, it operated 12 factories along the East Coast and sold its products in upscale department stores. Van Raalte became synonymous with luxury, known for its high-quality products and the slogan, “VAN RAALTE: Because You Love Nice Things.”
