1907 Isaac Potts House Valley Forge Pennsylvania

This vintage postcard from 1907 offers a rear view of General Washington’s headquarters at Valley Forge, a site of immense historical significance. Also known as the Isaac Potts House, it served as the command center for the Continental Army during the harsh winter of 1777-1778. This stone structure, built around 1773, became a pivotal location where Washington strategized and led his troops through one of the most challenging periods of the American Revolutionary War.
