1907 vintage postcard of Snyder Park in Springfield, Ohio. This postcard shows a man sitting by a lake enjoying the beauty of the day. In the distance is a traditional Victorian Walking Park pedestrian bridge crossing the lake.

In 1895, wealthy John and David L. Snyder gifted 217 acres of land straddled Buck Creek to the City of Springfield for a park. On April 22, 1897, nearly 5,000 people came together for a parade and celebration inaugurating Snyder Park.

This would look great framed or make a nice addition to any collection.
