This camouflage jacket is a U.S. Air Force Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) in the M81 Woodland pattern, worn by Senior Master Sergeants. It was in service from 1981 to 2011.
Initially, the U.S. Air Force issued ERDL BDUs to combat arms units stationed overseas starting in October 1981. The BDU became the standard "Fatigue" uniform for all Air Force personnel in 1988 and was discontinued on November 1, 2011.
The triangle symbol (Ξ) on the label indicates specific production batches or contract details.
