Condition: Please see images. The marbled endpaper looks like it is warped in real life, - but it is just an illusion created by the paper artist. The pattern is called "Spanish Wave" and was made by knocking the marbling tray with a mallet, thus creating a wave. It was a popular marbled paper, seen as early as the 1830s.
