1940s Wartime Wonder Garter Belt XS

This exquisite early 1940s vintage garter belt is trimmed in satin finish rayon and crafted from soft cotton broadcloth for comfort and durability. Metal shortages during the war resulted in the production of detachable garter clips that could be used on more than one garment.
