1918 Silk Jacquard Nightgown XL

1918. Light peach jacquard with a dotted and floral spray motif nightgown has Hardanger Norwegian embroidery embellishment. Meticulously made from one long piece of fabric, with seams only at each side. Sleeveless, with a v-neck neckline. Side leg slits at the hem for ease of movement. The sash features cutwork embroidery on the ends. Sweet patch pocket at left hip. The inside rear neckline shows subtle remnants of dry cleaner identification tape from the period. A few tiny pin-holes are shown in the images. There was a tiny stain we could not get to lift at the rear right fanny. See the images, please.
