Set of eight. Vintage Mother of Pearl sew-through shell buttons measures approximately 7.3mm at the widest (rounded up to 12L, 7.6mm, or 19/64 inches). The dome is approximately 5 mm in height. Truly unique, these flat bottom, dome-shaped buttons have a round, deep recessed eye with two holes.
