1908 Girl With Puppy Printed Silk

Copyright 1908, posted in 1910, this remarkable Christmas postcard is as heartwarming as they come. A sweet young girl wears her warm Winter coat and matching cap while standing in the snow. Button-down boot cover/spatz protect her legs from the elements. A red berry mistletoe wreath with a bright red bow is ringed around her right arm. She affectionately holds a sweet-faced brown puppy in her arms. Printed on silk and adhered to the front, this is a remarkable greeting card that would look great framed or be an excellent addition to any collection.
