Condition: overdyed to disguise hard water stains.  Please note any "dusty white" coloring is from it being freshly laundered with liquid starch, a result that will vanish with wear and future laundering. Not a whole lot of stretch left in the elastic, as is common with vintage elastics. There may be mends, darns, or other signs of wear and/or repair related to this piece. Please look at the photos and ask any questions before purchasing.

Care instructions: 
Hand washing in warm water and line drying will best ensure the longevity of this vintage foundation. If you want to add stiffness and enhance the fabric's shaping features, spray starch and a "cotton" iron setting can be used.
