"This beautiful building is located on East Wisconsin Avenue, only a short distance from Lincoln Memorial Bridge Park and Juneau Park on beautiful Milwaukee Bay."The Northwestern Mutual Life Building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was considered an early skyscraper. Built in 1886, it was one of the tallest buildings in the city at the time, standing at 108 feet with eight stories. This building was part of the early wave of skyscrapers in the United States, characterized by their steel-frame construction and significant height compared to other buildings of the era.
